Panthera Combat & Conditioning: Terms & Conditions & Health Waiver
By purchasing or booking any session, package, or membership with Panthera Combat & Conditioning, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Health Waiver.
1. General Terms of Purchase

All purchases (drop-in sessions, short-term packages, or memberships) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Panthera.

Sessions and memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual who made the purchase, unless explicitly stated (e.g., group or family offers).

All bookings are subject to Panthera’s operational schedule and class availability.
2. Booking & Attendance

All sessions must be booked in advance via Panthera’s designated booking system or team.

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be marked as used and cannot be rebooked.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this, entry may be refused and the session forfeited.

Panthera may cancel or reschedule any group class with fewer than 3 participants booked two hours before the scheduled start.
3. Membership & Package Terms
Monthly Memberships

All memberships are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge the applicable membership fee to your designated payment method each month until you cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

Clients agree to participate in an exit interview or feedback session as part of the cancellation process.

Final billing will occur during the notice period.
Short-Term Packages

Short-term packages (e.g., 1–3 months) are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.

Sessions that are unused during the package period will expire and will not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12-Month Memberships

Long-term members may request a freeze of up to 30 consecutive days per calendar year.
-
A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required to activate a freeze.
-
No additional time will be granted unless due to medical reasons or exceptional circumstances approved by Panthera.
4. Equipment Policy

Clients must bring their own gloves and hand wraps for combat-based sessions. These are available for purchase or rent at the front desk (RM 30).

Proper athletic clothing and indoor footwear must be worn.
5. Client Conduct
-
Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward staff and other clients.
-
Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
6. Health Waiver & Physical Responsibility
By participating in Panthera training sessions, you confirm and agree:

You are in good physical health, have no known medical conditions or injuries that would endanger yourself or others, and are cleared to exercise by a healthcare professional.

You understand and accept the risks of physical activity, including injury, illness, or accident.

You accept full personal responsibility and waive any claims against Panthera Combat & Conditioning, its trainers, team members, and affiliates for injuries or damages sustained during or after training.

You agree to inform Panthera of any relevant medical conditions prior to training and to follow all safety instructions.
7. Media & Marketing Consent

By attending classes or sessions, you consent to Panthera capturing and using photos or videos of you for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in such content, you must inform us in writing before your session.
8. Terms Revisions
Panthera reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions and Health Waiver at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
