Our semi-private training is a more affordable way of accessing personal training and for those who prefer to train in a small group. Only our professional trainers hold pads for you & monitor your progress.
Our 1 hour Semi-Private sessions cover everything to help you build the fundamentals of movement - Muay Thai Fundamentals, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, Longevity, Kids programs and Women's Only.
Our 1.5-2 hour Intermediate / Advanced (Fighters Training) sessions are for those who have solid fundamentals and want to train under the same programme as our professional fighters whilst they prepare for competition.
